Serie 6321-23-0806

Ventiel type 63-03 met compacte actuator in roestvrij staal met EPDM zachte dichting voor een zeer hoge dichtheid naar buiten, naar de sluiting, naar de controlekamer. Het ventiel is geschikt voor hoog vacuüm. De lekkage bij de zitting is slechts 6 mbar x10.
